We’re extending our reach making it easier to live in Rainier Beach.

The proposed project is a six-story residential building with approximately 210 feet of street frontage along the south side of Rainier Avenue S. The project site area is 24,188 SF and will contain approximately 186 affordable living residential units and 11 live-work units. Parking is not required or proposed on this site. This project is designed to serve the community of Rainier Beach Neighborhood by creating a residential community of high-quality, enduring design, and affordable living.
