The Bode Property Management team is a central part of our vertical integration strategy, enabling significant benefits and cost savings through intelligent purchasing, streamlined systems and operations, and continuous tight coordination with Bode Design and Construction teams. We operate all ~40 of our properties in the Puget Sound region, a sampling of which are below. We do not perform 3rd party management and focus exclusively on supporting our properties and contributing our expertise to improve design of Bode’s future communities.
