Our new multi-family project located at 8300 & 8310 Aurora Ave N. – parcel numbers 339290-0120 & 567600-0215 – proposes demolition of the existing structures on site and the construction of a five story mixed-use building, consisting of about 140 residential units, 9 live-work units, and 45 parking stalls
