George Webb, Founder & CEO

George is a Stanford graduate with degrees in Electrical Engineering and History. He worked in the tech industry while simultaneously founding  Bode to channel his entrepreneurial energy. At Microsoft, George led various entrepreneurial product development and business teams.

George learned real estate through the “school of hard knocks”. This hands-on philosophy remains a core principle of Bode today. Over the years Bode has formed vertically integrated teams in development, construction, property management, and previously private equity fund management. 

George lives in the Seattle area with his wife Anna and their children. In addition to his Bode work, he co-founded PlaceFull Inc. and served on the Board as Chair, Vice Chair, and Finance Committee Chair of The Evergreen School for 9 years. George enjoys travel, tennis, and spending time with his wife and kids.



Anna Deliganis, Director of Operations

Anna is an Owner at Bode and the Founder and Director of Housing for Thrive Seattle, a philanthropic initiative dedicated to providing supportive and affordable housing for young adults on the autism spectrum. Her commitment to this cause highlights her passion for creating inclusive communities that empower individuals and promote independence.

Anna earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University and her MD from the University of Washington, where she completed her residency and fellowship training in Radiology. This strong academic background informs her analytical approach to creating impactful housing solutions.

At Bode, Anna has played a vital role in building, developing, and managing multifamily apartments and senior living communities throughout the greater Puget Sound region. Her leadership is marked by a dedication to enhancing the quality of life for residents.

Living in the Seattle area with George and their four children, Anna balances her professional endeavors with family life. When she’s not engaged in Bode’s projects, you can find her on the tennis court, enjoying the sport and connecting with friends.




Jenifer Vanway, Managing Director

Jenifer is a highly experienced real estate executive with over 25 years of expertise in multifamily housing, specializing in affordable housing throughout the Western United States. As the Managing Director at Bode, she provides strategic oversight across acquisitions, finance, development, and asset management, driving organizational success through her proven leadership and operational excellence.

Deeply committed to community service and social impact, Jenifer has held executive positions, including Director of Development and Senior Director of Operations, where she spearheaded initiatives that enhanced community engagement and service delivery. Her extensive experience includes serving on non-profit and governmental boards, playing a crucial role in governance, compliance, and risk management to ensure accountability and ethical practices.

With her extensive background and unwavering dedication to creating positive change, Jenifer continues to drive impactful initiatives in affordable housing, ensuring that quality living options are accessible to all.

Julie Medina, Business Manager

Julie serves as the Business Manager at Bode, where she plays a pivotal role in coordinating construction and back-office operations. With over 20 years of experience, she is the longest-tenured employee, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise that uniquely qualifies her to tackle the company’s most dynamic challenges.

In her current role, Julie oversees the seamless integration of construction projects with operational processes, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and efficiently. Her strategic vision and problem-solving skills foster a proactive approach that enhances project outcomes. Julie's dedication to operational excellence not only drives productivity but also supports Bode’s commitment to delivering high-quality housing solutions.

Outside of work, Julie is a devoted Navy wife of 33 years, a proud mother of two, and a loving grandmother. She enjoys nurturing her family, gardening, and canning the fruits of her labor to share with loved ones.

With her extensive experience and unwavering commitment to both her work and family, Julie continues to make significant contributions to Bode, reinforcing its reputation for excellence in the multifamily housing industry.

Kathy Mann, Director of Planning & Design

Kathy’s professional journey spans three decades, during which she has specialized in a diverse range of design fields, including retail, hospitality, restaurant, multifamily, and custom residential design. With a deep commitment to collaboration, Kathy serves as a dedicated team partner throughout the design and development process, always striving to offer innovative and pragmatic solutions that enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal at every phase.

Throughout her career, Kathy has had the privilege of collaborating with national and international retailers, as well as prominent restaurant and hospitality brands. This experience has enriched her perspective and honed her skills, enabling her to create spaces that not only meet client needs but also resonate with the end user. She is particularly passionate about the unique intimacy and design opportunities inherent in multifamily developments, where she can create environments that foster community and connection.

Originally a desert native, Kathy finds joy in the outdoors, often running in the rain with her dogs and skiing with her husband. She is also an enthusiastic supporter of her two teenagers, cheering them on in their various activities and celebrating their achievements. Kathy’s personal and professional pursuits reflect her belief in the importance of balance, creativity, and community.


Pete Mann, Director of Construction

Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Pete is a Journeyman Carpenter with over 30 years of experience in the construction and development industry, including over 20 years of executive leadership for private equity real estate groups. Pete’s career progression, spanning from bags-on Superintendent to Director of Land Development and Construction, reflects a deep understanding of project development, including feasibility, land acquisition, engineering, pre-construction coordination, contract negotiations, construction management, closeout, and quality assurance. Pete has large-project multi-family experience throughout the Western US.

A proud graduate of both Purdue University and Portland State University, Pete now calls Sammamish, Washington, home, where he lives with his wife and two children. A true Northerner at heart, he most enjoys skiing and playing ice hockey.

Paula Martin, Director of Property Management

Paula is a seasoned real estate executive with extensive experience in strategic portfolio repositioning, change management, and effective property oversight. With a proven track record of exceeding goals and maintaining exceptional staff retention, she is adept at transforming underperforming portfolios into thriving assets.

Her ability to enhance client relationships and lead successful lease-ups has made her a valuable asset in the multifamily and commercial property management sectors. Paula has a strong expertise in growing multifamily management operations and increasing commercial property performance, employing innovative strategies that drive results.

Skilled in modeling growth plans and strategically positioning luxury multifamily properties for disposition, Paula implements comprehensive improvement planning, budgeting, and ROI/NOI maximization strategies. Her strong focus on customer service, integrity, and quality ensures consistency and effectiveness in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Paula's leadership style fosters collaboration and motivates teams to excel, creating a culture that values excellence and accountability. Her commitment to improving operational efficiency and enhancing resident satisfaction underscores her dedication to the industry.
