The proposed project is a five-story residential building with approximately 140 feet of street frontage along MLK Jr. Way South. The project site area is 66,198 SF, 1.52 Acre and will contain approximately 340 affordable living residential units and 1 street level commercial space. Parking is not required or proposed on this site.

This project is designed to serve the community of Othello neighborhoods by creating a residential community of high-quality, enduring design, and affordable living. The site is located along a low density commercial area on MLK Jr. Way South approximately half way between the Columbia City and Othello Light Rail Transit stations.
