We’re extending our reach making it easier to live in Lake City.

In an effort to address the rapidly growing housing demand in the Lake City Neighborhoods, the development can serve as a catalyst for improvements within this northern extent of the Urban Village. The proposed project is a seven-story mixed-use building located along the east side of Lake City Way NE, between NE 135th St to the south and Erickson Pl NE to the east.  The project site area is 30,266 SF and will contain approximately 308 affordable living residential units and 4 live-work units. Parking is not required or proposed on this site. This project is designed to serve the community by creating a residential community of high-quality, enduring design, and affordable living.
